Services and scope
Each project is governed by the offer page, payment link, invoice, or written email scope accepted before work starts. Public pages describe typical deliverables; exact scope is confirmed before delivery.
No ranking or revenue guarantees
Nathan Management guarantees the agreed deliverable, not rankings, traffic, revenue, platform approval, AdSense approval, or third-party customer behavior.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. Unless a more specific written agreement applies, one revision round is included and refund terms are the terms shown on the offer page or payment link at purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or services for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or malicious activity. Do not submit confidential credentials through public forms or email unless a secure handoff is explicitly arranged.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nathan Management is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, search ranking changes, platform account decisions, or third-party service outages.
